Working closely with the Service Line Lead, you will drive business growth by identifying opportunities and translating them into actionable client plans. Simultaneously, you will oversee the flawless delivery of projects—specifically in Mystery Shopping and Retail Execution—by coordinating field teams and supervising a dedicated Research Executive. In this context, the Associate Client Service Director will have the following main responsibilities: Commercial Development & Client Consultancy Account Management: Take full ownership of client accounts with turnover responsibility, ensuring the retention and satisfaction of existing business. Business Growth: Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive growth strategies in collaboration with the Service Line Lead. Strategic Consultancy: Consult with clients to identify their needs, design relevant learning plans, and provide actionable recommendations that answer their key business questions. Project Management & Operational Excellence End-to-End Delivery: Design and deliver complex projects (Mystery Shopping & Retail Execution) independently or with guidance, ensuring they meet client objectives. Operational Ownership: Manage the financial performance, data quality, and overall execution of projects by coordinating internal stakeholders and global internal and external field teams. Problem Solving Skills: Encountering and addressing unexpected challenges and finding solutions quickly without compromising the integrity of the programmes Insight & Communication: Oversee the creation of high-quality deliverables and lead client presentations from briefing to debrief, ensuring a holistic perspective is delivered. Team Leadership Management: Manage, coach, and develop a team of 1+ Research Executives in Geneva, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth. Desired qualifications, skills and experiences: Experience: University degree with 8-10 years of experience either on the agency-side or retail development positions. Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Mystery Shopping or Retail Execution. Global Scope: Extensive experience leading complex multi-country projects, as 90% of the work is global. Consultancy Mindset: Capable of designing bespoke (ad-hoc) solutions and delivering high-level strategic recommendations. Communication: Excellent command of English (French/German is an advantage) with dynamic presentation skills and an ability to build easy connections with clients. Soft Skills: Highly organized, resilient, open-minded and dynamic, with a growth mindset, empathetic, and a collaborative team player willing to go the extra mile.
