Location: This role can be based at our HQ in Lausanne or our office in Zurich, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Your Tasks: Backlog Management: Ensure the team always has a well-prioritized, clearly described backlog with properly defined user stories Delivery & Execution: Remove obstacles, troubleshoot immediate technical hurdles, and ensure successful completion of sprint and release goals through a hands-on approach. What you bring: Outcome-Oriented Execution: 2+ years of experience as a PO or in a similar product role. You thrive on solving ambiguous challenges, focusing on shipping practical solutions that work rather than shiny products and overly formalized processes Hands-on Ownership: While you understand product strategy, you excel at the tactical PO level: Managing backlogs, working closely with squads, and staying happy to dive into the weeds to solve small bugs Customer & UX Focus: Direct experience building consumer-facing tech (web/mobile) with a strong understanding of UX and user research; experience within the Swiss B2C market is considered an asset Cross-Functional Collaboration: You excel at bridging the gap between developers, designers, and commercial teams.
